How do I make a payment for a SWOWORLD.COM purchase?

What is Shopping Cart?

You enter a shop, pick items, drop them in your shopping basket and proceed to the billing section to make the payment. In a real life scenario, your items remain in the shopping basket only until before the billing. On SWOWORLD.COM, you can view your items for 30 days after adding them to the Shopping Cart.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately) with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

 

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at SWOWORLD.COM.

 

How do I make a purchase at SWOWORLD.COM?

Just browse to the deal/product page that you wish to purchase. Then click the ‘Buy’ button. The item will be added to your shopping cart. If you want, you can add more items to the cart to buy multiple things in single transaction. To purchase, click on Proceed to Payment.

 

How do I know my purchase is complete?

You will see a confirmation message on the screen along with your order number. In case of deals, we will also send you your SWOWORLD.COM voucher over email and SMS to confirm your purchase.

 

Can I buy multiple deals and products at one go?

Yes, just add whatever you want to buy in the Shopping Cart and pay at one go!

 

Will my shopping cart remain saved if I close my browser?

Yes, the cart will remain saved for 30 days unless you remove the item(s).

 

Is it possible for me to buy products that are sold out ?

Not immediately. But be sure to check other related products from the wide range available on SWOWORLD.COM. You can revisit the website and check if your choice of product is back in stock.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. In such a case you will receive a mail from us informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.

We have tied up with multiple courier partners like Track On, DTDC, Mahavir and Speed Post. These courier service providers are best in their business in the country.

 

Does SWOWORLD.COM deliver internationally?

As of now, SWOWORLD.COM delivers products in India and Mauritius.

 

How much are the delivery charges?

SWOWORLD.COM provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 300/- or more.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

 

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Items which are labelled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 2-3 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labelled 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Products which you can pre-book, and are labelled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product - release dates are mentioned on the product page.

 

How can I track my online order status?

From the option online order list in reports in main menu you can know the status of your online orders.

 

How can I know the status of the product ordered?

From the option product status in compensation plan you can know the status of the product ordered.

 

How do I cancel an order made on SWOWORLD.COM?

Please call up the Customer Support at 02613199003 and fell free to mail at care@SWOWORLD.COM.com with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. For any valid reasons (multiple payments, appointment issues etc.), we will cancel your order and your money shall be refunded.

 

Can I get a faulty or damaged product replaced ?

Yes we will replace a product in case it is faulty or damaged. Call us at 02613199003 and feel free to mail at care@SWOWORLD.COM.com for assistance

 

How will I get my money back in case of a refund or cancellation?

You will either get a refund cheque from our end or else refund amount would be credited back into the same account that you used to make the purchase. For e.g. if you used a credit card to make the purchase, refund amount would be credited to the same card.

 

Which courier will you use to send the item?

 We will use one of these three - BLUE DART / DTDC / PROFESSIONAL COURIERS / SPEED POST. The courier selection depends on your location and is as per the area best served by them. Normally we use professional courier for south India, Speed post for North East , J&K & Andaman & Nicobar Islands and DTDC / BLUE DART for rest of India. However if you prefer any particular of these couriers, you can send a message immediately after placing the order.

 

 What if the item gets damaged in transit?

 After having sold thousands of items on SWOWORLD.COM, we are experienced in careful packaging the items, so that it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. However in unlikely situation where it gets damaged in transit, please send us pictures of the damaged item within 3 days of receipt of the item and we will immediately send you another piece.

 

 What if the item gets lost in transit?

 All your purchased are fully protected by SWOWORLD.COM. When you pay on SWOWORLD.COM, the money is not given to the seller till you confirm the receipt of the item in good condition. If you do not receive the item within stipulated time, you can claim refund and get back the full amount paid. No Risk at all.
